At KODRO, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If your order is not quite right, you may request a return or size exchange within 14 days of delivery.

RETURNS

You may return your order within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unworn and in its original condition.
Only have been tried on indoors, on a clean and dry surface.
Show no signs of wear, damage, marks or alterations.
Be returned with all original labels, accessories and packaging.
Be suitable for resale upon inspection.

Shoes that have been worn outdoors or show visible signs of use cannot be accepted for return.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To request a return, please contact us at returns@kodrostore.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with the return instructions.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining proof of postage until your return has been processed.

KODRO is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your return, the item will be inspected to ensure that it meets our return conditions.

If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

Please note that the time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

SIZE EXCHANGES

If you need a different size, you may request an exchange within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability.

The item must meet the same conditions described in our Returns section.

If the requested size is unavailable, the item may be returned for a refund.

Return shipping costs for size exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

SALE ITEMS

Items purchased at a discounted price are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item is defective or the wrong item was received.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or different from the one you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at returns@kodrostore.com , including your order number and photographs of the issue.

If the issue is confirmed, KODRO will provide appropriate assistance, including return shipping at our expense where applicable.

Your statutory rights in relation to defective products remain unaffected by this Return Policy.

CUSTOMS & TAXES

For orders shipped within Switzerland, all applicable Swiss taxes and duties are handled according to the terms indicated at checkout.

For returns, any customs duties, taxes or other charges that may arise in connection with the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
